The breakfast was delicious with beautiful pastries and homemade preserves and bacon and served by the superfriendly staff. Location: the hotel was short walk to train stations as well as Sandown.
Facilities were clean comfortable, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

Friendly staff. Quiet. I was pleasantly surprised to find toiletries in my room. I finished the bottle of water (an unusual thing to find) and it was replaced. Breakfast excellent. Plenty of choice.

The atmosphere created by the owners. The breakfast was really good, with locally sourced ingredients offering a good range of options, including healthy choices. We enjoyed a cozy Family Room that had plenty of space for everyone, complete with a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottled water.

The owners and staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and although I had to park my car on the road one evening as I came back late, the area felt very safe. The breakfast was good and there was a good selection of items. I booked a double room for single occupancy as I wanted an ensuite bath.
